This category is open to any organisation, irrespective of size, that delivers care or support direct to adults with social care needs. The organisation must demonstrate outstanding performance in a number of aspects relating to their operation including commercial success, strategic plans for growth, a commitment to providing quality and personalised support services, positive service user feedback, a commitment to staff, innovation and strong leadership. Entrants must have been trading for more than one year as of 1st January 2010. Not for profit organisations are invited to enter.
