Quote from the Sponsor :
Winning awards drives the continuous improvement process. Collecting and collating information to make a submission is both stimulating and motivational for staff. The level of success achieved is a barometer of how successful the business is and can be compared to other submission companies. The thrill of success encourages staff to do better in the future as well as adding significantly to sales and marketing plans.
