• Why should I enter the KEiBAs?

• How much does it cost to enter?

  Nothing ? it is free to enter

• I am not sure if I fit the criteria of an award.

  If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact Morag Welham at info@keiba.co.uk or on 01622 794 626. We will be more than happy to discuss with you the criteria that each category expects you to fit.

• What is the deadline for entry form submission?

  All entry forms must be submitted by 5pm on 26th March 2010

• Where do I send my entry form to?

  Completed entry forms and any supporting material should be emailed to entry@keiba.co.ukentry@keiba.co.uk Any supporting material that cannot be emailed should be sent in the post to Morag Welham, KEiBA Entry, (Your company, Category you are entering) KM Group, Messenger House, New Hythe Lane, Larkfield, Aylesford, Kent ME20 6SG Please note that supporting documents or material must form part of your evidence supporting a specific question. Please make it obvious on supporting material which question it relates to .

• Who are the judges ?

  Each category sponsor appoints a singe judge or a panel of judges depending on the number of entries in the category. These judges will be independent business experts. Visit the Sponsors Page for more details

• I cannot seem to get my entry form through to you by email

  If you are experiencing problems when submitting your entry form by email please do not hesitate to contact Morag Welham info@keiba.co.uk who will be able to assist you. Please make sure you do not send attached files that are over 2MB each . This will make sure your entry is received as you intend. You will receive an acknowledgement when your entry has been received. If this message is not received please contact us.

• Can I enter more than one category?

  Yes, you may enter a maximum of 2 categories . Please choose categories that you feel you or your business can demonstrate success and achievements in.

• How do I know if I am eligible to enter ?

  Our Entry Terms and Conditions and the criteria set for each category should make it clear if you are eligible. If you have any queries contact Morag Welham on info@keiba.co.uk

• How long does it take to complete the entry form?

  We suggest you allow at least 2-3 hours to complete the entry form. All the questions are important and need careful consideration.

• Will I be visited by one of the judges ?

  The judging process asks each sponsor to appoint a judge and to select at least 6 entering companies from their category to visit before their final recommendations are made. All entrants must be available to be interviewed by an Award Sponsor at a company office.

• When will I know if I have been successful ?

  The final judges meeting takes place on 19th May 2010. All entrants will be notified in writing as to whether they are a finalist or have been unsuccessful by the 24th May 2010. For the avoidance of doubt, only the top three in each category are shortlisted as finalists. The winner from each category will be announced at the awards ceremony. The winner will receive a trophy whilst the runners up will receive certificates

• Will I get any feedback if my entry is not successful?

  Yes. After the judging has been completed and the winners have been announced you will receive feedback from the judges in writing. No further correspondence can be entered into after you have received this feedback.
