Winning awards is always good for building value and profile in your business, but the process of entering and judging is just as valuable. There is little to lose and much to gain.

Due to the high number of requests for extra time from entrants the KEiBA organisers have decided to extend the entry deadline by a week.
All entries must now be entered by 5pm on March 26th.
Kevin Lynes, KCC Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economic Development said:
"The deadline for nominations to the KEIBAs is at the end of March, so there's still time to nominate your own or another company for Kent's premier business awards. Many Kent businesses have sent in their forms already, but let's make this year an even larger field of talent than last.
Previous entrants have told us just how valuable it was to take a critical look at their business, and those who made it through as finalists were grateful to have an objective 'review' of their organisation by the judging panel.
The KEIBAs are an excellent way to promote your business, and just as importantly to demonstrate pride in your workforce. If you haven't entered already, download a form now - time's running out!"
Geraldine Allinson, Chairman of the KM Group, said:
"Awards are one of the most powerful and cost-effective ways of marketing a business . Hopefully with this deadline extension more businesses will be able to find the time to finish their entry form. "
