  Kent Apprenticeships is a partnership between Kent County Council, the Kent Association of Training Organisations, and the National Apprenticeship Service. We promote the benefits of apprenticeships to businesses and young people, and provide a service to businesses aimed at making it as easy as possible for them to recruit an apprentice.

  We provide a one stop shop for businesses, which will guide them through the process of recruiting an apprentice. We are introducing this award to highlight to business the difference a young person can make to their organisation. We believe that an apprenticeship is a partnership between a business and a young person, and hope to highlight just how much can be achieved when the right person is placed in the right company
